Why Create Space for you

Hi, I'm Kellie, founder of Create Space for you.

Let me tell you the truth. I used to wish I could just tell you about my qualifications, and let client testimonials speak for me.

And, I drafted an about page many times but each time I reread it, it felt off. I kept redoing it until I realised that I just needed to stop and tell the truth, without thinking about what it should be like.

The truth is what really inspires me are not the things my logical self thinks I should do. Although, I have an excellent background with business planning, communication and leadership in the healthcare industry, creating pathways to access new medicines. What brings me most delight is connecting personally and making unexpected discoveries that improve the way people relate to themselves, others and their situation.

I have been exceptionally fortunate with professional training. But the trainings that made the biggest difference to the way I work, and live are mindful, energetic and creative practices, that gave me space to discover my own way and find my inner ally. And that’s not all… I didn’t know what was possible until I created space for it.

This is what I want to offer you – space for you to reconnect, be true and unknowing so you can go beyond what you think you should do; allow yourself to relax into what's possible.

Mindfulness-meditation

I offer mindfulness and meditations that are supportive for people who tend to be hard on themselves – have unreachable standards or a sense that rest must be earned. They are warm, invitational and grounding – a space to unwind and cultivate a calm empowerment and connection with your truer self and what matters most.

Yoga and Embodied Practice

I am a certified yoga teacher with training in Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and Restorative Yoga, and subtle energetic practices. I started yoga to breathe easier, find stress relief and physical healing, and it helped. The practices I offer are gentle but powerful ways to relax and recharge. 

Available online and in person in Brisbane, Australia.

I have discovered I like to play with paint, linger with poetry; and explore symbols and energetics to tap into the creative genius who lies within each of us, although sometimes buried.
